cooler for i7 1366 overclock

hi

looking to buy the arctic cooler but im unsure how high an overclock ill get with this . ive got this cooler in 2 other machines and it performs great . does anyone know if this will get anywhere near 4.00gz

I use an Asus Triton 88 with two extra fans attached to it, and my I7 920 clocked to 3.8 Ghz gets up to 76 degrees on the highest core with a 30 minute long quad orthos run to stress each core to 100% usage.

So I cant reccomend getting anything smaller if you want 4.0 Ghz. Most people overclocking to that much use the larger £50ish LGA1333 coolers, I think the most popular choice is the Megahalem:

tbh any cooler over the £30 mark in ocuk's selection is more than capable of 3.8Ghz and rouhgly 30% of them can go 4+

The Arctic Freezer 7 is really small though.

One of the reviews for this £32 one said they have managed 4.0 Ghz on an I7 with it, so this one should be fine:
