Coolest quietest AGP card?

I'm after a GFX card for a HTPC (with a weak 60w psu), and it needs to support dual monitors.

I want it to use a few watts as possible, and it's only for 2d.

Which would be best... ATI raddy 7000?

I reckon that any passive card would do the trick. I think that newer cards would be superior to older cards because the newer ones are built on smaller processes. Perhaps an ATI X1050 or an nVidia 7100GS would do the trick.

Probably, something like a passive 5200 might be better for its video playback 'features'.

Also, what are these video features that the 5200's have?

Some purevideo etc. (basically marketing jargon ) but it should help take some strain off the cpu if you're playing any HD files. Should also make normal vids look a little better.

Ahh, ok. I won't go out my was to get a nvidia, but I guess it would be a nice little extra.

So far my shortlist is:
Radeon 7000
Radeon 9200

NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200

Any others? I need it to draw as little power as possible.

some 7600's are passivley cooled, not the coolest but will perform better
