Cops gone wild (google video)

Says a lot about the cops over there, but i'm sure he is a minority.

And what is that ticking sound? thought it was some kind of japanese clicking music before a scene.
 
I'm not sure what the ticking is, but it drove me mad. It started as soon as the police car appeared behind him, so maybe it's some sort of radar detector?
 
I'm reading his report on the youtube newspaper link he's got where he dialogues the whole account. Ok so officer #1 is a freak, but what the hell was #2 doing? just sitting there and saying he had cameras in the car, something that could incriminate them, however #1 is too caught up trying to try make the kid lash out deliberately. It's almost as if this is what they get up to most nights, lol.

What are the prerequisits for being a cop in missouri i wonder.

EDIT however i also thought whilst reading the title of this topic that i was going to be confronted by female officers in some sort of wet and wild t-shirt competition for charity?

hah the cop has been suspended during the investigation without pay. teach him breing such an idiot. :D

moron should be locked up until he reads the rights hes preaching
