Anyone used these yet ? Seeing as 680i mobos drop to 667mhz with 4 memory slots populated, this would be a way to have 4gigs and maintain 800mhz. Have seen no reviews yet. Are these micron IC's ?

No, none of our PC6400C5 kits are going to be Micron ICs.

Blast...but at least I will be able to run at 800mhz speeds on a 680i mobo with Vista instead of 667mhz which is the case when running 4 single 1gig dimms at the moment. That's the whole reason I bought them today.

Any idea what the recommended voltage is when overclocking with this 4gig kit and can I expect to hit high overclocks ? Any idea who makes the IC's ?

Thanks for your help

I am embarrassed to say that it is so new that I don't know the ICs yet. Also, I don't know the official max voltage but, I know you can go to 2.1v safely. The internal documentation I have does not give this info so I'll go after someone in the lab and find out for sure.

Thanks a million mate.
I have the kit ordered anyway. I want 4gigs ram, and at least with only 2 memory slots populated I should not have issues. The advertising says they work at 1.9v too which is handy for some troublesome nvidia boards.
