Hi guys,

Been using this ram and trying to overclock the CPU but it keeps failing. I was wondering is someone could confirm the voltage and timing of this ram as the Corsair site say 5-5-5-12 / 5-5-5-18 @ 1.8v and on the forums i've seen people say the ram is 1.8-1.9v. Which is correct?

Cool I took a look at the ram and states 5-5-5-12 1.9v version 3.1. Could that be causing my blue screens during prime as i've been running at 1.8?

I've loosened the timings to 6,7,7,23 T2 and set voltage to 1.9.

Ive just run 333x9 @ 1.3875 cpu volt for 2 hours and it didn't crash one. Only prob is the MB says the ram is at 712mhz. Where do I got from here to get it running at normal speed again? Have a P5K-e and q6600.

have you taken a look at this:

http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=17825087

its geared towards the P5K-E so it would be a very good starting point, cant comment to much on what to do as I don't have the board and haven't overclocked for a few years.

but I believe it the memory divider (or multilayer) you need to adjust to get the ram back to stock

Yea Ive been using that thread to get myself started. I have the thing stable now:3.2 and 5-5-5-18 @ 1.9v. Now the RAM says it can run at 5-5-5-12 so should I drop the last timing down to 12? FSB is 1:1.
