corsair 550w fan speed help

i have a antec psu and the fan speed is 800rpm to 1500rpm depending on the load of the computer, does the corsair do this also the 550w version and what speed is it ?

its just i like to try and keep my pc quiet as poss

If it's the vx version :

Although it only states the dba reading for the load and not the rpm.
