Corsair 800D Power Switch Issue

Anyone with a 800D having problems with the power switch on the case?

My button no longer pops out and after investigation it appears the button uses a cheap plastic spring arrangement, really cheap. Not even sure you can call it a spring. Totally unacceptable on a £200+ case, not a happy chappy. :mad:

Had mine for 2 months or so and had no problems at all,i would post over at the corsair forums and see if they will send you a new switch out.

Looking at it I'm not sure it is the switch now. Seems to be some sort of alignment issue. Spent 1.5 hours trying every which way to put the front cover on but it sticks when fully clipped into place. Had the front off 10+ times and never had any issues. Not sure whats happened. If I have the front half on and half off it works fine.

Arranged for it to go back. There is no way I'm going to mod this to get it working. Not sure what's happened to it. Now I have to strip it down

mine is the same m8 im trying to find a spring that will fit behind the switch, got the front off atm and use a screwdriver to power on

The plastic spring just comes unstuck.
A dab of super glue and it's as good as new
