Corsair AX1200i Platinum PSU & RMA failure

Hi everyone,

Two things:

• Has anyone else had a problem with the Corsair AX Platinum power supply's being faulty?

• Has anyone had a problems with the Corsairs RMA process because i sent mine back over a year ago, they confirmed it to be faulty but just ignored me continually for a year This happen to anyone else?

didnt have a problem with mine .

is a forum rep on here @CorsairChris that might be able to help yourself.

believe they now operate RMA of PSU units with replacing faulty/broken one with a Brand new unit
