Corsair dominator at £149. The hell?

A rant more than anything useful. I bought a set at £100, saw it move to £120 a couple of weeks ago. Its now at £150 and out of stock. Ram prices vary, but by 50% over a couple of months?

Annoyed. That is all.

edit: Not specifically anti ocuk, as everyone seems to have done this. So I'm annoyed with many places :(

It was the same with the ocz reaper tri channel i bought, when i first specced up my components it was listed at £99.99, by the time it came back in stock it had rose to £149.99, went ahead and got it anyway though.

It will rocket in price upto Christmas, it normally goes up in price anyway.

Windows 7 Retail launch around October 22nd their will be a few people upgrading to P55 or whatever around that time & then demand for DDR3 will peak thus the prices will jump.

Just a wild guess but you see.
