Hi all, seem to be having an issue with the Corsair h100i GTX not cooling the CPU, thought it may have been the thermal paste so replaced it which didn't help. I took off the copper block and noticed it was hot so looks like it has an air block as I can hear the pump spinning.

Any ideas on what's the best method of removing the air block?

Airlocks can usually be removed by moving system around like on it's side, upside down, etc. Sometimes shaking helps too. All an airlock is is a air bubble in the flow cycle stopping coolant from moving past it.
How old is it? Often the pump motor will run but not pump coolant.
