Corsair H115i RGB Platinum setup

can someone explain to me the cables on this system and what they do.

I can see the fan connectors (to case fans) and the SATA power connector. I can see the pump power connector from the pump itself that I have to fit but what about the RGB connectors labelled one and two, what or where do these plug into ?

There's a USB cable which connects direct to a motherboard header, that's used to control the RGB in the iCUE software provided by Corsair.
