Corsair H50 Temps

Hi Guys

I have just done a build for a friend, in the TJ-07 case with the H50 Cooler, these are the temps i'm getting after the pc being on for a couple of hours (installing software etc)

They seem a little high to me, but was thinking does the H50 need time to settle????

Have you turned of fan speed control on the header the pump is connected too?
