My point being, you claim this will solve hot weather overheating - Not really likely given it suffers the same thing which as you rightly mentioned is indeed, physics.

Of course you can, your system isn't overheating at ambient temperatures is it?
Its about how to remove the heat effectively so the DELTA from ambient is reduced.

I run a 480mm rad and a 240mm rad in my system 480 just for my cpu and 240mm just for my chipset and mofsets and your gonna tell me your gonna have the same temps as me if its 30c outside where I live and 30c outside where you live?
