About a month ago, my HX520 (was about 2 years old) stopped working. Instantly I bought a replacement AX850 as I needed the machine up and running pronto.

I started the RMA process with Corsair and when I had time, I posted the old PSU off to the Netherlands.

A few days ago, I had a brand new PSU, they had upgraded me to the HX650 :)

Good job Corsair, I'll only be using you in the future.

Always heard good things about corsairs service. And very nice of them to send an upgrade. All too often you see posts about negative experiences with manufacturers customer services. Its always good to read the positive ones.

don't you have your seller stores as your warranty handler? here usually it's at least 1 to 2 years with store/servis store, anything behind that is manufactur rma's directly.

i bought corsair just cause of 5 yrs warranty.

1st year - retailer/manufacturer
after 1st year - manufacturer

It does cost a fair penny to send to Holland, but they have always been excellent with me with there support (even sent some cables completely free from the states). Will be using them as and when I can (product dependent of course - I'm not buying blind lol).

i snapped off a screw on my corsair h80 got in touch with them and they gave me instructions on how to order a new bracket kit (basically new brackets/ screws etc )
with a code that i got the kit for free im guessing as its still in warranty.

Delivery was supposed to be 5 -10 days got in 3 so a great experience for me and spare screws if im ever so heavy handed again also proof of purchase wasnt needed just date brought, where from and serial no if i remember right
