Cosmos 1100 's' and TR 120 ultra

No it doesn't.
Anything over 145cm..it won't fit.
Which is why CM are coming out with an updated panel where the fan is recessed into the panel.

Tuniq and Noctua won't fit either.

Doh !

Is there an option of removing the side fan ?

Will it then fit ?

Sure...that's what CM tech support are telling people to do.
To be honest some people have reported that the sidefan causes major vibrations.

There is an annoucement somewhere buried in the coolermaster forums. I definitely saw it. Looked again for it the other day but couldn't find it.

Mate if I was you I'd keep the fan and get a 4pin molex to 3pin cable and plug it into a fan controller (the fan cable on the cm fan/sidepanel is a 4pin), or else just get a molex adaptor, 7v mod it and plug it into the sidefan cable.

Then change the cpu heatsink out for a thermaltake big typhoon vx. cools almost as well as the Tuniq or Ultra according to Anandtec's last roundup (and this was with no case exhaust fan which the typhoon needs to really shine). This cooler will definitely fit in your case, and the huge sidefan will feed the whole case cool air including the heatsink.

That's what I would do.

Sounds good to me.
