Want to head to London to watch Spurs before the end of the season with my Dad and I have a few questions.

1. You don't need a passport for flights within the UK do you?
2. How would I find the cost of a return flight from Belfast to London?
3. Hotels in the area... which is closest to WHL at a reasonable cost?

Need to keep the cost down on this as much as possible.

1 - No you don't need a passport, just photographic ID, e.g. Driver License etc
2 - When I went to London in June time it was £80 for 2 (through Aer Lingus) from Belfast international to London Heathrow, best just looking through different Airline websites
3 - Some nice B&B's near Liverpool Street Station, google them, price is reasonable enough and your in the City Center

For point (1) I'd suggest seeing what the airlines you are looking with flying with require. Technically you may only need a photographic id like a driving license but if they require a passport then you could be screwed.

1) You must have some recognised form of photo ID, full UK/NI driving license (photo card one, provisional license is not valid), passport, ID card etc.

2) Go with Easyjet, just check their site, prices change all the time

In 2004 I flew with BA using an Edinburgh uni student ID. Not sure if they would still take that! Try priceline.co.uk for rooms - you can name your own price and so you sometimes get rooms for next to nothing. Skyscanner.net tends to be a good flight search tool

Most airlines will accept driving licence as a form of idea. Though i know ryan air only accept passports now, dont know of any others though

You could always stay here :p

You could save money by just staying at home and stabbing yourself. East Ham is the worst part of London I've stayed in, especially the area arround the football ground.

http://www.eurohotelslondon.co.uk/sleeping_beauty.html is fairly close to Tottenham. I've used it a few times whilst working as it's cheap for London, clean and in a reasonable area. It's easy enough to get the tube in to the centre.
