Could my HX620W PSU man up to 470 sli?

Tbh, i wouldnt take bencmarks at all. they dont reflect real usage, if your gonna go 470 sli and overclock the cards, get at least an 850w psu, 470's do use a lot of power, but the great myth of running hot is another story, i have two in sli, run cooler than my old gtx 275 cards.

Just get a power meter at the socket? Granted it won't tell you what your gpus are using but it will tell you total system power usage. £10.

Ive just done that myself (got a power meter that is) and with my i7 920 @ 4Ghz and water cooling setup and a single GTX470 @800, during furmark and prime 95 just for maximum load it peaked at 684w. now that is more than close enough to my corsair tx750w capacity for my liking, so definitely no SLI for me.
even though of course in the normal course of gaming it only reaches 397w so i probably could get away with SLI but I'm not going to chance it.
