Would one you guys be kind enough to gift me the Silent Hunter 5: Collector Edition on steam if i sent you the money for it by paypal ???

As steam is saying that the Collector Edition is not available in my region

I beleive if you got gifted it steam might still refuse to install it. Can't remember if someone else said on here that they tryed that and it didn't work.
