Could someone spec me up please.

I am thinking of going from my old (well not that old system) to a intel core 2 duo conroe. This is basicly my setup now...

Athlon 64 x2 3800+
Asrock daul sata 2 motherboard
Geforce 6800 GT (AGP)
G.Skill 2GB DDR ZX PC3200 (2x1GB) CAS2 Dual Channel Kit

I'm not sure if I can use that ram in a conroe?

So could someone spec me up a conroe based setup. Not too expensive, as I might have to sell my gear to part fund it too.
