They won't know it's you but I did hear a story a while ago about someone who'd managed to get his neighbours rebanded by accident and it had got out round the houses!

Are the band A houses similar size to yours? You might be just on the boundary of A and B and something has pushed you over or dragged them under

The banding is reassessed when I house is sold too but that should have had a knock on effect of the other houses. If you get in contact with the VOA they will send someone out to measure up for you

Not automatically.

If a domestic property is sold and there are records of previous alterations then it will be re-assessed.

If a band A house sold for £1million it would be looked at as well.

Well there is no going back now. I emailed them just to ask a question and didn't get a reply so was just going to leave it. Then today I got a letter saying they are going to carry out a review within two months :eek:.
