Counting Crows - Saturday Nights and Sunday Mornings

seen them 5 times now, the Royal Albert Hall in 2003 was amzing, been waiting for this album for ages! will be good, one half is 'wild and rocky' and the other is 'mellow and chilled' kind of 'sin and regret' so i read somewhere. amazing band... and if you like them get into Ryan Adams.... my only beef with CC is they take ages to make an album! this will be there 5 in 15 years... all amazing though!

Yeah Jim I totally agree with you, seen them 4 times now and each time it's a fantastic night. Even the biggest fan in the world that knows there stuff inside out gets surprised by the changes they make (on each song) to the style and delivery. More bands should put that sort of effort in to their live gigs.

I hope they play the barras!

yeah for me them & U2 have been two of the best bands i have seen live, loved there sets they really are a gigging band. so looking fwd to this Hard Candy seem so far away, but again what an album that was.

Have to admit I was a wee bit disappointed when they played the Corn Exchange a while back... But then I've been obsessively listening to the albums and bootlegs since about 1995 :D So it was just like with Nine Inch Nails, I'd been waiting so long it was always likely to be a let down. Fantastic band...

yeah they could have churned out a few more albums, but then the live stuff would have suffered, well anyhow this is the album i'm most looking fwd to in 2008
