Couple of DS4 Questions

Just a couple of questions about this board before I make a decision to buy or not.

Does the Scythe Ninja HS fit this board ok?

Will my Enermax Noisetaker 600w PSU be ok with this board and a E6400 cpu?

It's ok, I've managed to gather the info from here and other sources. My search facility didn't work when I did it last time so nothing on DS4 came up but this time it worked. Right, off to spend some money!!
