Couple of firefox questions

Firstly, despite having the en-GB release, the google bar goes to the .com site, how can that be changed to .co.uk?

Secondly, I would like to be able to separate tabs off into their own windows, is there an extension which allows you to do this easily?

By the "Google bar", you mean the search bar up in the top right? It should automagically use Google.co.uk, based on your browser's locale (and to some extent your IP address), but you can get a Google UK search plugin here.
The other suggestions I've seen are clearing any cookies you've got from Google, or editing the google search plugin.
I've done none of the three options, am using an en-US locale, and get google.co.uk...

Drag the tab into another window, Safari-style? AFAIK it can't be done - it's on the list for Moz2.
