Cowboy Bebop: The movie

Well I am just watching this movie and it rocks.

Got one question.

Theres a women in it who wears a red coat.

I recognise her voice from somwhere ( I think another cartoon)

Anyone know what other things she has been in?

Is that with a yellow skin tight suit? (or does she wear that seperately in the film?), if so that would be Faye Valantine voiced in the English version by the versatile Wendee Lee who has been in (litterally) hundreds of anime, cartoons and video game dubs.
Another list including some of her video games stuff can be seen here (things like Castlvania, hack, resident evil. Everquest 2, viewtiful joe).

I'll skim through the film later and double check i've got the right character

the whole series is amazing! one of my fav animes well worth a look, the film is really well done the animation and story are really good and some of the music is pretty sweet too

i've seen the first episode, and keep meaning to watch the rest - first episode was SO good.

aren't the films set halfway through the series?

about that, possibly nearer the 3 quarters mark, as it's got the whole crew of the Bebop.

The series is definately worth getting if you like the film (I think the series is better) - i'm just waiting for my Remix disc 5 to arrive from the states (the remix version is 5.1 sound).

if memory serves, it's around the 20-23 mark...can check when i get home, although it bears little relevance!!

i should really get watching them tbh...was a great start to a series. i was going to pick up the manga as well. aaaargh...and i still have to buy ai yori aoshi!!
