CPanel alternative for windows

Hiya all,

Im currently on the look out for a cpanel alternative that runs in a windows (vista) environment, ive tried cube but that requires server 2003 and wont work on vista, can anyone else recommend an alternative to cpanel (preferably open source or free).

Plesk single domain licence I think is free?

Why do you need a control panel though? You already have your graphical interface in that you're running windows... unless you need it for end-users, in which case you'll have to pay for something decent.
