CPC not showing on GOV.uk, should I be worried?

Not sure this is the right place but here goes.

I qualified for my CPC & PCV (D & D1) on 10/05. I've received my DL back & work told me to registered on GOV site for my CPC account so I could check in future as to what training hours I needed etc.

Just tried to do this and site states:

"DVSA records show that you do not have any training recorded yet. Try again later."

I have my certificate but as of yet have not received my actual card.

Should I be worried, considering I am in active service, driving PCV?

Can't see why you should, if you've got your 35 hours and cert then dvla just hasn't updated the site.

Phone them.

I wouldn’t worry too much, I’ve just received my CPC card for the next 5yr period despite the DVSA site not showing anything about it.

If your concerned, call them.

Thanks for the replies.

I called them this morning and they asked to call me back after investigating. They called an hour later, confirmed my cpc card will be with me tomorrow & will be looking into why it's not showing on the electronic systems despite having all the paperwork.
They've given me a reference number to quote should I get stopped.
