CPU cooler air flow and Lian Li cases

Hi, I am about to start overclocking my E6420 but as I only have the stock cooler right now I am looking to buy something better.

Reading around this forum it seems the Artic Cooling Freezer Pro, Scythe Ninja Plus or Tuniq Tower 120 seem to be some of the top ones.

My concern isnt about them as such but more about if they are suitable with my case. I have a Lian Li VCool PCV1200APlus II case right now and as you can see by the airflow diagram at http://www.lian-li.com/product/product06.php?pr_index=8&cl_index=1&sc_index=1&ss_index=2&type=a the air is drawn in from the back by the CPU and over it.

My concern is that the side fitted fans on the above coolers will be drawing air in the opposite direction and may cause problems with the overall air flow? Wont the case fan at the back simply be fighting against the cpu cooler fan?

Any thoughts would be appreciated

You can turn the cooler round to go with the air flow in your case if you are concerned.
