CPW Loyalty Retentions

Just spoken to a guy at CPW and told him i want out (second phone, not really used) and he told me to think about staying - told them i'm not pushing for a deal, just want out.

He offered me SIM-only for the grand total of £0.00 a month 750min ofpeak, and 125 min texts...

wha?!


How does that work. Obviously took him up on it, not sure if i'll even use them, as i have a voda deal for 500/500 anytime, but its always nice...

Job's a good un! I suppose they passed on the saving on not upgrading the handset to the monthly charge?

I rang 3 yesterday to get my PAC code as I was going to leave, ended up with 300 voice, 150 txt, 25 vid, 25 pic msgs and £5 of content all for £10 a month with a Nokia 6288 thrown in. Ideal for my usage and seeing as I've never had a problem with 3 I'm pretty happy

On 3, I got upgrade to another 12 months on vtt350 i think , all free + cash back. ALl because I am happy with my k608i. Been with them for 4 years I think now.

Let's hope they keep the promise. In my balance, they currently owe me over £150 in cashback.
