Crap speeds off Market place anything i can do ?

My speed when downloading of here is just shy of 1 meg speeds which is poor, my max dsl is sync at 2 and a half meg speeds atm so why won't it max out.

I have downloaded other things so i know my speeds should be closer too 290kbs but i never get them off marketplace and its annoying when doing a big demo.

just under one meg is fine in my opinion, im sure other people have worse.
