Just popped onto another forum I read (ClubGTI) to find a link to a build in poland.

No doubt some amazing engineering and definatly a little different to the normal engine conversions for a mk2

Rear window vents arent for me. Would have prefered to shoe horn the engine in the front somehow as well as slighly less loud exhausts. Would have made a far better sleeper.

Should also handle reasonably well with *almost* 50/50 weight distribution

The exhaust noise is the best thing about it. Sounds like it wants to kill you!!!

I deffo need to own a v8 at some point.

Not a fan of the rear lights, would have been done to a mk2 van like the one below, you'd never know it went like a poked rat if it wasnt for the noise
