How naughty are we talking? because if you stretch to the murky depths of things that can't be discussed then I could give you supps which would have a massive effect

However your point in general stands though.
Protein, if you need it, even though, personally I believe that the amount some people state you should get is overblown.
Omega 3's seem a decent bet and there's a well conceived medical trial currently 3 years into it's initial 5 year run so we'll know more about them over the next few years.
I have a multi vitamin as well, might well be the placebo effect but I like to think that if I have any deficiencies then I *might* be plugging the gap.
