Creative Audigy SE STill good?

For me I don't think it will offer that much over current generation onboard sound. Creative have moved on to the X-Fi range which has EAX3 or something. Someone else may have more information.
 
Audigy SE is marginal as to whether or not is it better than more modern on-board audio. It's a very old card. It's a repackaged SB Live!, which is 12 years old now, and came before the original Audigy. Although it shares the same name as the Audigy cards, it isn't as good the original Audigy range. Only way to know for sure is to test and compare.
