Just a quick heads up for anyone that might be interested that 'Fundamentals of Digital Photography' with John Greengo is about to start on Creative Live.

Runs for five days (9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th) from 6pm.

last day tomorrow on composition so well worth watching for anyone that hasnt started already. cant really say iv learnt anything much but its certianly been a refresher of such and hes a great teacher.

went and bought 2 of their masterclasses aswell today! so thats another 40hours to plough through.

the entire 5 days in hd, they break them up into small parts per section so you can just download what you want when you want.

I purchased the beauty one and a mark wallace one and im finding them far far more useful than any book/youtube shows iv watched in the past. the greengo one is good if your just starting out, I wouldnt say its worth it if you know your isos, aperatures etce.

I think you also get access to all the slides that John Greengo has shown over the last five days (in PDF format), and from what I've seen on screen they're really good (very clear and concise).

Despite how much you know, or think you know, it's always good to go back to the basics once in a while.

I've just had it running live in the background these last few days, and I have to say he's a great teacher...actually puts some of my old ones to shame.
