A single punch to the face isn't enough to justify GBH, not without some fairly serious other actions taken into consideration.

If you punch somebody old enough to be in a museum your either attempting to cause serious injury or just plain stupid and stupidity shouldn't be a valid defence for 2nd degree murder.
