Critique my £650 gaming build

I'm pretty sure the don't wait let me check if they run at 8x 8x when dual cards are in.

One runs at 16x and the other runs at 8x when bot cards are in

Wow, 1% difference (it might even be a -ve difference as the bandwidth isn't split fairly so one card will be limited and the other won't) for more expense.
