I'm mostly interested to see if anyone can recommend some techniques that could have improved these photos, rather than post hoc photoshop improvements.

I'm mostly interested to see if anyone can recommend some techniques that could have improved these photos, rather than post hoc photoshop improvements.

My opinions the first should be central to the tube would almost give a fake impression of a fisheye lens, The second doesnt really show a lot i think the angle is a little to much more on the facade and less lying down the statue seems over exposed due to a harsh flash. and the last shot is the correct vertical angle, you should have used on the second. but the symmetry of the facades typography is lost as you were not central to the building.
