Crucial Ballistix Finned?

I received a package of Crucial's new Ballistix Finned RAM to review the other day and was extremely surprised with the performance! On overclocking, I managed to get these modules to 1866MHz on CL9, which is surprising for Crucial RAM. Now, I'm pretty sure the heatfins would not unlock that much potential, so either I was very lucky and got a good pair of modules, or they are using better chips.

Either way, interesting news.

Unfortunatly I only reviewed the 2x2Gb version, model number BL2KIT25664FN1608. But looking at how the model numbers are made up, I think the 6Gb version is BL3KIT25664FN1608. Heres the review if you are interested:
