CRUCIAL RMA question

So i RMA'ed some Crucial Ballistix Tracer RAM, as it had died.

RMA no problem. H

owever the replacement ram they sent me only has one set of LEDs on it whereas ram i returned had 2, it also looked much chunkier and better built. see pic, old ram is at top new ram is at the bottom

should i stop moaning or complain to crucial?



p.s. just noticed the dust, will fix this weekend,

They changed the ram from single sided to double sided (or the other way round, i forget) a while ago. They do not make your old ram anymore so there is nothing you can do.

must have been from double to single.

shame really. is it more or does the single sided just look cheap
