Silent Wings 3 1450rpm or 2200rpm?

Is the ML120 as quiet as Silent Wings 3 at same RPM?

I have the normal speed (1450rpm).

The ML120 is very quiet at normal speeds, but sounds like a jet when it goes over 1600rpm. It pushes a lot of air and it's static pressure is very good for radiator use.

I recommend it. They are pricey. But I think one of the better balanced fans. I have some Fractal Design HF and HP fans I might test. But I do recommend going with a very good fan for the H7. I mainly changed because the white LED fan looked cheap.
