I bought this card back in June from here, apparently its not in stock anymore 
owercolor ATI Radeon HD 4870 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card..
the noise levels are to high, it sounds like a hoover.. is there any better fan or cooler i can buy. so it can reduce noise and heat levels
if yes, please recommend me one..
