I've done two mounts each of the following:
stock
sealed
quad nozzle
3.5mm
Here are my preliminary results on a
Q6600 G0 @ 1.5V 3.6GHz (lapped - made a 0C difference on this CPU when it was done)
Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R
Tygon 1/2"
D-TEK highflow barbs
Swiftech MCP655 @ 5
Reservoir with custom A/C chiller to keep water temps constant
el cheapo type-K temp probe shown to be reasonably precise, but not accurate.
Water temps were held within 30.9-31.2C (I'm sure the probe reads at least 5C high). Temps were taken with a 1minute log of Core Temp (my water doesn't heat up, so I don't have to wait around like most people

)
FuZion Stock 1: 33/34/39/42, 50/50/58/58
FuZion Stock 2: 33/34/39/42, 50/50/58/58
FuZion Sealed 1: 33/33/39/42, 49/49/58/58
FuZion Sealed 2: 33/33/38/40, 49/49/55/55
FuZion Quad 1: 33/33/39/40, 48/48/57/57
FuZion Quad 2: 33/33/38/40, 49/49/56/56
FuZion 3.5mm 1: 33/33/39/40, 50/50/57/57
FuZion 3.5mm 2: 33/34/39/40, 51/51/57/57
Then I substituted a Little Giant 2-MDQ-SC to see if it would make a difference how powerful the pump you're using with the 3.5mm nozzle is
FuZion 3.5mm 1: 33/33/38/40, 50/50/57/57
FuZion 3.5mm 2: 34/34/39/40, 52/52/57/57
I plan to do a DB-1 as well at some point, which should give us some idea how flow agnostic the FuZion is with the smallest nozzle.
Once I get my better equipment, then I'll get some more solid numbers, but people seem to be crying for preliminaries. It looks like this is going to take me a very long time with 5+ mounts per nozzle to establish any sort of trend.
One thing that occurs to me is that if I was using something better than Ceramique, I might see more of a difference. I'm thinking of switching to Shin-Etsu for my complete testing.
