their 10month fasttrack insurance thing might also be worth an ask about.

Don't buy a 53plate focus I did aginst others advice and I hate it, too many problems with it tbh

Also have a look on MSE at the insurance job checker thing it saved me a bit off my insurance

Cheers, I'm going to book my pass plus with my instructor in a week or two when when I've done my christmas shopping and have enough cash ready so that hopefully will bring it down further.

I just want to be able to do small drives first and get used to driving on my own.

Get yourself a nice new automatic 1.2 diesel Corsa on finance .

Check with your insurers about pass plus.
From what I gather when I was checking mine a lot don't even give the option to add pass plus. Friend of mine said it was being phased out, don't know how accurate that info is I'm sure someone more knowledgeable on here will be able to confirm/deny that
