Has anyone got the Asus D2X successfully installed on Win7 X64 and if so can you please point me to the correct drivers, The Asus site amazingly states on the Win7 driver link that they aren't compatible with Win7 (what exactly you are DLing is anyone's guess)

The way I understand it is I need the latest Win 7 Beta drivers along with the Vista X64 hotfix (July) but I was hoping someone had gone there before me to highlight any potential pitfalls.

Anyone ?

Before my D2X died, I just used the Vista x64 drivers. They were much more stable than the 7 drivers for me personally. You do have to disable 2 processes from starting with Windows however (through msconfig) to stop the system from being totally unresponsive. Once you've killed these 2 processes (ummmm can't remember the name - sorry!) the drivers are fine.

LOAM,

You can try to install the Windows Vista drivers within Windows 7 through compatibility mode and see if that proves to be sufficient. If this suggestion does not work and you require additional assistance and feedback
Microsoft does have an official Windows 7 Support Forum. It is supported by product specialists as well as engineers and support teams.
