Dark Souls (Demon's Souls 2)

Started playing through this again with a new character. Trying to make it a light and fast build with a leaning towards magic. My last character was a slow tank.

Discovered something new yesterday that I'd not seen before. Gravelord Servant signs. You can invade them as a Spirit of Vengeance. I just love how deep this game can be and now remembering how much it sucks you in. :rolleyes::D

I invaded the Gravelord Servant's world and he dropped an absolute ton of Demon Titanite, Twinkling Titanite, Dragon Scales, Titanite Slabs/Chunks/Shards etc. I mopped them all up of course and he just killed himself. Really funny :D

I thought my gaming days were over as I'd hardly switched my xbox on for months and had little interest in gaming in general but this game just keeps pulling me back in. Roll on DS2.

I don't know anything about the games, just read the headline. I thought none of them were available on PS4, they were all PS3 titles. Was that a boob? LOL. I thought Bloodborne was the only one that was on PS4. :D

Ahh ok :) Blood borne is a ps4 exclusive, souls 2 got a hd rerelease on xb1 and ps4 having started life on the last gen then souls 3 came to the latest consoles and pc a year or so back
 
They have now said they misinformed yesterday and have changed the psblog article to suit. Doesn't support HDR or use any of the souls 3 engine. So sounds like the usual type of rerelease that we get, resolution and frame rate and that's about it.

I'll grab it still but the way they talked about it yesterday made it sound like the works!
 
I pre ordered from Base.com as they are the cheapest currently, really looking forward to it, haven't played Souls in a while, Stupidly didn't use my Xbox code from DS3 either would anyone have a unusd code they could kindly donate me, i can pay some beer tokens.

It's based on the core fundamentals of games of old, watch your opponent, watch their move set, find gaps in said move set, attack in the gaps. It's all timing. With a lot, A LOT of punishment for getting it wrong.
