Give it to me straight. Is this a game I need? The descriptions of the spell system are promising, does it deliver? Is it worth £30?

I been looking for a game to play shame there is no demo but i will consider buying.
There doesnt seem to be any reviews out for this yet. I was gonna make a discussion thread about this game but you got there first.

The first game was terrible. One of the very few games I haven't even tried to perservere with, no idea about the second installment - but I wouldn't hold out too much hope!
