Does Dawn of War 1 need GFWL to be installed to play like with DOW2?

Nope, and it's a much better game, all the expansions are very good too except Soulstorm which was dreadful

Only really liked the original and Winter Assault myself, need a good story to keep me playing.

I tried Dark Crusade, but there is no story whatsoever, and i need story to keep me going. Unless i missed something?

Thanks for letting me know. GFWL seems to hate my system and mucks things up.

Yeah Dark Crusade has a roobish campaign but, as Sleep says, the original and Winter Assault have a story-driven thing that is much, much better.
