Asda, anything from £65 - 80 a week but that includes other items, cleaning products, etc
I don't have anything from this shoot, however i have a test image(sample shot) from a a shoot in May. It's better lighting and should give a better idea. Personally my back is my strongest bodypart by a country mile.
*i dont know how to pose for back-shot's as you can see!
That looks a lot better, your right about not knowing how to pose for it though
A few pointers from steedie and YouTube will have you showing off the goods
Agree, rear delts and chest is the focus for the next 12 months.
An update: following a call with my sponsor i have just been informed of an upcoming magazine shoot whereby i will be be gracing the official monthly publication for the British Army. This will be issued across 85 countries. They wanted to know what size clothes i wanted .... erm x.small please

Agree, will be working the next 12 months to bring up key weak area's lots of food, rest and hitting weak parts x2 a week.
