dbghelp.dll - pinnacle media centre

Heya guys

On my girlfriends lappy and she has installed pinnacle media centre 10 as she it came with her pinnacle USB TV card. The pinnacle install has messed up her windows media centre which now gives the following error when you run it:

The procedure entry point SymSetSymWithAddr64 could not be located in the dynmaic link library DBGHELP.dll

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process id=0xb0 (176), Thread id=0x1158 (4440).

Click OK to terminate the application
Click CANCEL to debug the application

Had a quick look around google and can only find other people with this problem but no solution.

Anyone help?

that file is a part of MCE, maybe the pinaccle software overwrote the file with their own

Just booted into safe mode and replaced it with the one you linked to bledd and voilá it works.
