Prices for RAM are pretty low at the moment and I want to know which one of these RAM is "better" for general use and for some mild overclocking (4Core Dual board limits my overclocks).

These two are the faster ram CAS4 -

OCZ Gold XTC DDR2 PC5400 2GB Kit - £44

Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-5400C4 TwinX (2x1GB) - £52.86

----------------------------------------------

These two are the CAS5 RAM -

Corsair Value Select DDR2 PC5400 2GB Kit - £42

Crucial 2GB kit DDR2-667 - £49

I assume the OCZ Gold XTC would be the best one? Advice needed!! Thanks in advance.

I'd say go for the OCZ Gold... atleast you know it will work at the rated frequencies without issues (assuming it will work at all with your board)...
