De-tango'd

My MOT is due next month so I bought some clear indicators/sidelights so that it wouldn't fail on wrongly coloured sidelights. The difference is great, it looks much cleaner but I still need to get some silver bulbs for the proper de-tango look.

for some reason that square front plate looks absolutely pants to me, apart from that and wheels looks a nice motor

I do intend to replace the wheels at some point as well as get a rectangle number plate and mount it between the fog lights but all this will come in time

That first picture was taken nearly a year ago

Its the only picture I have of the car where you could see the orange lights clearly. The reason I was there is because I liked the kinda 'industrial' look of this picture...

Looks a bit wierd with the orange repeater bits still down the side. Have you got a picture of a front corner?

The side repeaters will be a problem because as my car is JDM spec it has different ones than the UK spec cars and the only ones that I have seen are custom jobbies which I don't have the ability to make.

Even if I prefered the orange look I would still have to change them because to pass an MOT the car needs white sidelights to pass. I must admit, I was quite partial to the orange sidelights

I think the tango look can work, but not if the plastic is 'dulled'. If it were a crystal finish to the orange, it could work quite well.
